I have over seven years' experience teaching and cooking for families with special diets, be they gluten-free, dairy-free, allergy-specific, medical, or kosher. I have a passion for wholesome, traditional, and international cuisines, and have trained with chefs in France, Italy, Vietnam, and the US.
